I decided to start logging my workouts. It is accountability for myself, but I also hope it will inspire you in your workouts!
For myself, I LOVE doing P90X! It is the hardest workout I've done, but definitly the most rewarding. I have been doing the "classic" routine, but recently changed to doing the "Lean" routine. The Lean routine has more cardio, & less upper body resistance.
So....here we go, starting this week!
